My current role

Since October 1, 2026, I have been working as an Instructional Designer in the Discipline of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy at University College Cork.

My latest project

My current project focuses on Inclusive Assessment. It explores ways to make assessment practices more inclusive and to embed Universal Design for Learning practices at an institutional level.

Recent work and achievements

  • Coordinating assessment-mapping exercises across university modules to support policy development.
  • Producing analytical reports with Excel, Sway and data-visualisation tools.
  • Planning and facilitating consultation workshops with staff and students.
  • Supporting the Teaching and Curriculum Committee with module curriculum approvals.
  • Creating instructional materials, accessible templates and staff workflows.
  • Supporting accessible video creation, VLE configuration and digital tools.
  • Developing and delivering workshops on generative AI in education.
  • Presenting at teaching and learning showcases on digital education topics.

This work brings together instructional design, accessibility, assessment practice and learning technology. I will use this space to share further reflections and project updates.
